  PASSWORD PROBLEMS

01: I have forgotten my username and password.
Contact us and provide us with your username, and we will send your password to your email address.

02: My user/pass has been deactivated because a password trader site hacked it.
If you believe someone got ahold of your password, please contact us ASAP and we will issue another password. It's imperative that you protect your password to ensure you can always access the site at your convenience.

03: I just signed up and have not received my username/password or my member id.
It should have been displayed after you purchased a subscription. It will be emailed to the email you provided when joining to you as well (if you are using a free web based email try checking your junk mail folder). If that doesn't work just contact us and we will re-send your information.


  BILLING QUESTIONS


01: I have a question about billing.
Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have. We reply to all inquiries within 24-48 hours.

02: I canceled my membership but I still got charged.
You must cancel before the next billing cycle starts. For trial memberships, cancel 24 hours before the rebill time to ensure proper cancellation. For monthly memberships, cancel 72 hours before the next billing cycle. Cancellations done too close to the rebill time might not be effective until after the billing is done.

If you believe a charge was done by mistake, please contact us. We wish to keep you happy even if you cancel, as we want you to come back in the future! We will correct any mistake if it's on our part. Our billing providers are world renowned and process collectively for millions of sites.

03: What will appear on my Credit Card statement?
We bill discreetly. Your statement will not show the website address or name.

01: I wish to cancel my membership.
Your membership can be canceled online at www.westbill.com

02: I tried canceling online but I am missing my member id.
You can use our automated membership information retrieval form, or you can contact us at support@westbill.com. Please allow up to 24-48h for reply. (Make sure you whitelist support@westbill.com and/or check your junk mail folder, as spam filters are often overly aggressive and block our automated messages)

03: I just signed up and have not received my username and password.
It should have been displayed after you purchased a subscription. It will be emailed to the email you provided when joining to you as well (if you are using a free web based email try checking the trash/junk folder as sometimes they can get routed there). If that doesn't work just contact us and we will help you locate your username/password.

01: How often do you add content?
We do our best to add new high quality content as often as possible. Every week you will see something new in the members area, and many of our video feeds are updated daily.

02: Why is my trial membership limited?
The purpose of trial memberships is to allow you to see what the site has to offer before paying for a monthly access. If trial memberships were unlimited, bandwidth costs alone would force us to remove the trial option.

03: If I upgrade my trial membership, what will happen?
You will instantly have access to all the content on our site, without any restrictions. The time left on your trial membership will be added to your monthly membership, so you don't lose any time by upgrading now.

If you upgrade by any other method than our direct upgrade link, such as an email request, there may be a 5 minute delay before your trial restrictions are removed in rare cases.


  TECHNICAL PROBLEMS

01: The site doesn't look right in my browser
If the site doesn't display properly in your browser, please use our "report a bug" form and tell us your browser version. We currently support Firefox 1.x-2.x and Internet Explorer 6.x-7.x

02: I can't see the videos
Our video formats use the following codecs:

High Definition: WMV 9 (PC) - WMV 9 (MAC) | P4 2.4ghz, 512ram recommended
Streaming: WMV 9
Ipod: MPEG-4 (to watch on a PC, make sure you have the MPEG-4 codec installed)
Mpeg: Mpeg1 codec (PC/MAC/Linux)

You can download any missing codec by clicking on the codec name. We are not responsible for any problems these codecs may cause, and provide these links as a convenience only. Use at your own risk!

If you have the right codecs installed and still can't see the videos, please contact us and we'll do everything we can to help you.

03: My download speed is slow.
Our servers are constantly monitored and tweaked to ensure maximum speed. If you have a slow download speed, your ISP is most likely at fault. You can contact us at anytime if you have speed problems, and we will try to help you. Please provide a trace route (command : tracert gaylifenetwork.com) and our network technicians will investigate the issue.

02: Email communication.
If we communicate with by email you for reasons other than customer support (ie: newsletter, special offers, giveaways or reminders), we will provide a working remove link at the bottom of such email communication. We strongly refrain from using any "spam" tactics. If you believe you have received a spam email from any address connected to our websites, please forward the email to us and we will take action. We are internet users too and we hate spam!
